DescriptionPrice Details

About the Wine: This Rose is made in the Saginee style, which translates to "to bleed" in French. This is when you "bleed" off a portion of the red wine juice after it's been in contact with the skins & seeds. We then fermented the juice in a stainless steel tank and bottled it in December 2022. Our Rose is a part of our Pay it Forward series, where we donate a portion of the proceeds to an organization!

Tasting Notes: Tastes like Summer! Bright, crisp & dry. Notes of strawberry & watermelon. Perfect balance of acidity & fruit, great food friendly wine.

Food Pairings: Light salads, pastas & rice dishes, especially with seafood! We particularly love this Rose with a French picnic spread, including goats cheese, gouda, prosciutto, grapes & honey.
