About the Wine: This wine holds a special place in our hearts as it was designed by a beloved Wine Club member who became an employee, Steve Randolph. Steve loves both our Zinfandel & Petite Sirah, so he wanted to create a blend that combines his favorite characteristics of both.
The name King’s X came from when Steve used to play games as a child, and someone would yell King’s X to halt or pause the game. We think everyone could use a King’s X moment to pause, relax & enjoy this wine & loved ones.
Tasting Notes: Delicious fruit notes of black cherry & plums, with hints of dark chocolate, allspice and blackpepper. Zesty tannins. Drink now or age for 5+ years.
Food Pairings: Creamy, nutty cheeses such as Schnebelhorn, a raw cow's milk made in the swiss alps, or a decadent salted caramel chocolate.
