About the Wine: This is our take on a Port composed of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the North Coast. The North Coast AVA encompasses many small wine appellations spanning over six counties located north of San Francisco, including Napa & Sonoma. Port is a sweet fortified wine, meaning it’s a blend of wine & spirits (usually Brandy). This results in a richer wine with a higher alcohol content, most commonly enjoyed as a dessert wine. Our Port was aged for 4 years in French Oak before being bottled in February 2022.

Tasting Notes: Experience dedidant notes of concentrated blueberry & dark chocolate with nutty caramel undertones and dry tannins.

Best served slightly chilled (around 55-65°F).

Food Pairings: Pair with a classic dessert of sour cherry pie or chocolate truffles. Craving something savory? Put together a cheese board with a variety of blue cheeses with walnuts, figs and dark chocolate.
